Send first e-mail to eligible voters via Helios #210

Send out a notification to all voters

You should have got a mail from “Helios Voting Bot” to your primary mail address for the GitHub Account in the Maintainers file (corrected this in your case). You should be able to log on here (bottom of the page) with your GitHub Account: https://vote.heliosvoting.org/helios/e/keptn-gb-2022.

I just realized my github handle in the maintainer file is wrong. Will create a PR for this. I also checked all my mail accounts and I didn't receive any invite. However, with the link you provided I was able to vote.
