Brad was one of the main drivers for GitOps approaches in Keptn
He shows a strong engagement in the Project and is one of the most visible keptn community members
He is driving cooperation efforts between keptn and other projects
Brad is leading the mentoring efforts in keptn (as a gsoc admin) and a very strong mentor for new community members

He shows a solid dedication to the project and is always open to technical discussions about the project's direction. Therefore, I want to propose him as a member of the Technical Committee for Keptn.
