Is there already a process for having maintainers per repo/subproject, and how are the repo/subproject maintainers defined?

I brought this up in this issue: https://github.com/keptn/community/issues/240. At the moment, I propose that we will keep this proposal on hold until this is clarified.

i would love to add myself as a approver to the klt-approvers - as i am regularly approving pull request regarding documentation etc. it makes (in my opinion) sense to be part of the approvers, so that those approves count :)

or should we still wait for #240

i went ahead and created a draft pull request to add me - depending of the outcome of this discussion, and when the on-hold label gets removed
