Goal

We'd like the following functionality:
https://keptn.sh/docs/1.0.x/api/git_provisioning/
to support the auto-provisioning of BitBucket repositories when a new Keptn project is created.
Likewise, we'd also like keptn to delete the bitbucket project when the keptn project is deleted.

Our BitBucket projects are hosted on servers on the internet, so we'll need the requests to bitbucket from keptn to be handled by HTTP proxy servers on our corporate network.
