Review k8s annotations to reflect separate components #1845

As mentioned here currently all part of KLT have the label app.kubernetes.io/component: manager this should probably change now.

Hi @ShivangShandilya what is the state of the implementation? This issue is probably already out-of-date and we will handle it as part of some other issue but if you have already a working solution I do not want to close this issue :)

hey @odubajDT I haven't yet started solving this issue, I was going to real soon as I was busy with my certification prep. But if you think its better to handle it with some other issue then go ahead :smile:
