Enhance contrib guide technologies section with beginner friendly containers and k8s resources #3097

Goal

As a beginner contributor, I want to have a list of resources that i can check so that I can learn the basics about containers and Kubernetes.

Details

This issue is a result of the research done in #2710. The technologies contrib guide page should be enhanced by adding new resources to the list or changing the list. The list should have a new section at the top for beginners with beginner resource links about containers and kubernetes. The list already has some beginner material as well that can be pulled into the new section to make it easier to find.

Containers

Containers are a basic prerequisite in the path of learning kubernetes and a good understanding of containers will help a lot for working with and contributing to Keptn.

@RealAnna I have made the section and i have added the credible sources as well. Please have a look at it and let me know if there is something to be added !
