Link to vcluster page about scheduling is broken

Summary

Our documentation about vcluster scheduling includes a link to https://www.vcluster.com/docs/architecture/scheduling#separate-vcluster-scheduler which is broken. I went into the vcluster docs and searched for pod scheduling and they give a link to the same page which is also broken. This is now preventing https://github.com/keptn/lifecycle-toolkit/pull/2878# and probably other PRs from being green.

Suggest one of the following:

Find the information about the vcluster scheduler and link to that
Just delete the link from the Keptn documentation. This issue should be going away as we move away from using our own scheduler anyhow

There's some more errors related to the conventionalcommits.org page. There seem to be some certificate issues. Tracked here: https://github.com/conventional-commits/conventionalcommits.org/issues/581
