Remove feature flag note from Analysis Guide #3572

Summary

The Analysis with Keptn guide includes a note that the Analysis feature is hidden behind a feature flag. This should be removed since this feature is included in all Keptn v2 releases. The reference pages for the CRD's used for Analysis include the correct information in the "Differences between versions" sections.
