block mylink.nu - link protection #124

uses mining as verification - url will look like https://mylink.nu/protected redirected from kickass torrents

This is using the captcha from AuthedMine which No Coin currently doesn't block because the user gives his consent before the mining happens (accepting the captcha). If you disagree with this, you can share your opinion on the issue #67
