no module named music tagger crnn #106

I couldn't find the model music tagger crnn in keras.applications but in http://faroit.com/keras-docs/1.2.0/applications/#musictaggercrnn this model has been documented.

@SibtainRazaJamali, The music tagger CRNN has been deprecated. The current version of Keras is 2.2.4.
