Error while fetching URL in VGG16 #107

I am getting this error in VGG16/19 and in DenseNet201. I haven't tried other applications.

@Shwetago, It doesn't seem to be a Keras issue. I guess your network is unstable.

@taehoonlee It was not a network issue but I have resolved it. Thank you for responding. I'll close this issue now.
