privacy issue: restrict access to camera live stream #9

By default the camera live stream is served on http://:8889 and anybody on the same network can watch without authentication. Access should be limited to users currently logged in or by using some sort of access token if this feature is intended to be used by external applications.

hey cmaaser this one is duplicate, already added to the machinery. However thanks for noticing! kerberos-io/machinery#80
