Web (3.0) move to React

We are currently working on a new major version of Kerberos.io. This will contain a full rewrite of the machinery using the Golang programming language, and full rewrite of the web application. Features that will be included:

• The web will only contain the Front-End of the application. As the API will be moved towards the machinery 3.0.
• Faster and more light-weight Front-End using React.
• Ability to add one or more camera's.
• Easier configuration of motion detection.
• Easier visual components to retrieve and search for events.
• Better support for HTTPS.
