Vector won't update using provided web setup #29

Hey guys, so now that I managed to get wire-pod-prod set up correctly, the next issue I'm running into is that vector can't seem to update using the provided web setup in the instructions. It has the cloud with the spinning arrows for a couple seconds, then switches to an !, I tried going back to the recovery boot a few different times and restarting the download without success.

Am I doing something wrong here?
