This PullRequest concludes the work done on "SatNOGS Artifacts Loading".

The Artifacts can be provided via the following methods now:

Load from SatNOGS DB (db.satnogs.org & db-dev.satnogs.org are supported)
Load from local file

Once loaded, the waterfall is presented in an interactive canvas using spectroplot-js (branch: demo-h5).

Fixes #1.
