The SatNOGS Artifacts Waterfall viewer provides ways to load of SatNOGS Artifacts (HDF5 files), displays the contained waterfall file and provides an interface for extracing timestamped frequency measurements from it.
Based on an url parameter, e.g. ?observation_id={observation id}, the corresponding artifact should be loaded and displayed.
If there is no artifact for this Observation available, show a static page with a link to the observation in satnogs-network.
