API link to homepage API heading
Version dropdown name to link to where current API page links to

Currently:

Should change to:

home -> top of home page
documentation -> #documentation heading on home page
api -> api heading on home page
dropdown arrow -> version selector
version number -> class list page
class name -> current page: does nothing
