Funding statement missed by Pub2TEI for xml from Taylor and Francis #16

When I use Pub2TEI on the xml fie for https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/xml/10.1080/15427560.2014.942420, the funding statement is not getting copied over to the output xml. Does this happen to have an easy fix?

I presume it's because Taylor and Francis are not supported by Pub2TEI? Another example here: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/xml/10.1080/00224499.2015.1058890

The funding statement is not fully supported because as you can see in this examples they are encoded in different places, althought they are from the same publisher.

I've got the same issue with the data-availability statement for PLOs XML (see discussion) and I'm keeping a separate fork (repo, instance on hf , docker image)

Could send me these example by email? I can try to make a patch for it
