Here is a patch to add an option to set the source type ( GREENELAB | TORRENT | METADATAPLUS )

To do : adapt the indexing script correspondingly..

The dump type is automatically detected in the most advanced working branch https://github.com/kermitt2/biblio-glutton/tree/incremental-update both in ES indexing and LMDB loading.
