Dutch language support #156

Hi! Thank you for the great work on this codebase. I would love to inform if the Dutch language is on the roadmap for further releases? It is the 7th largest Wikipedia in terms of articles, so I assume this would suffice to get a decent model :)

Dutch is definitively the next language to be supported in the next release.
