Fix internal links in the documentation #1189

This PR fixes links in the documentation (they are hard-coded on the latest version), fixes the CSS to make the tables not overflowing. Perhaps we should consider switching to a different template which gives us more space (e.g. the one I used in https://grobid-quantities.readthedocs.io/)
