T7303 remove matrix scripts #43

Remove shell scripts used by the Matrix jobs for kernel-defconfig-creator.sh and kernel-single-defconfig-builder.sh as they now have Pipeline equivalents build-trigger.jpl and build.jpl.

Note: I'm leaving this here for a while until the dust has settled on the new jobs :)

The dust has now settled on the new jobs, so merging this now on staging. The Matrix jobs in Jenkins can also be garbage collected (or archived).
