MT8183 hardware #1685

There are currently 5 MT8183 jacuzzi Chromebooks in the Collabora lab: https://lava.collabora.dev/scheduler/device_type/mt8183-kukui-jacuzzi-juniper-sku16

The goal of this task is to determine the capacity required to cover all the testing requirements and whether more devices should be sourced.

We have 5x jacuzzi (codename juniper) devices operational in the Collabora LAVA lab (custom Depthcharge image flashed; passing LAVA health checks).

Documentation for the specific model we have in the lab: https://lava.pages.collabora.com/docs/boards/chromebooks/boards/jacuzzi

LAVA device type template has been merged upstream: https://git.lavasoftware.org/lava/lava/-/blob/master/etc/dispatcher-config/device-types/mt8183-kukui-jacuzzi-juniper-sku16.jinja2

After looking at the current capacity utilization for jacuzzi in our lab, we estimated that the current number of devices is enough for now.

Since all work in this issue is done, I'm closing it.
