api-pipeline-deploy.sh: Additional command to update pipeline credentials #148

Sometimes we need to update pipeline credentials only, add separate command for it. Additionally in future we might need to manually kill pods.

Also in create_kci_k8s_azure_build.sh add jwt tocket for early-access and staging.
