T27259: update home page #135

Tested OK on staging:

  1. KCIDB tab removed
  2. Frame about LF project and intro paragraph on home page removed and add a link to kernelci.org instead
  3. Remove all related to FAQ, contacts, statistics and sponsors.
  4. Footer updated
