Revert breaking changes #143

Revert changes in 2021.6 that break the view with the list of test plan runs.

The kernelci.org branch has been force-pushed with the previous release 2021.5 which is known to work, so this PR is only to keep staging working and find the root cause.

This web dashboard is part of the legacy system, and this PR is not about a security or blocking issue.
