As the legacy system sunset approaches, we need to start migrating all the tests from the legacy to the new system. Document instructions for the test migration workflow.

[ ] Deploy it on kernelci.org/docs (Maybe adding this to a new page called "Developer guide" under https://kernelci.org/docs/api/?)
