As we agreed to refer new KernelCI API & Pipeline as "maestro", use the new name while submitting data to KCIDB.

Updating staging TOML as well.

Tested OK on staging. KCIDB dashboard displays data with "maestro" origin now: https://kcidb.kernelci.org/d/home/home?orgId=1&refresh=30m&var-datasource=playground&var-origin=maestro&var-build_architecture=All&var-build_config_name=All
