kernelci.org: remove gtucker from SysAdmin working group #317

Remove gtucker from the list of SysAdmin working group members. Related permissions and admin rights are in the process of being disabled or revoked accordingly.

Depends on https://github.com/kernelci/kernelci-deploy/pull/130 to render on staging before Monday (publish date).
