Request API account for mwasilew #367

Please create an API user with the following details:

User name: mwasilew
Email address: mwasilew@quicinc.com

I'm running the operations for lab-qcom and as per the docs passwords/tokens are tied to the email address so it will be more convenient for me to use my email in this case.
