Enable Kevin Hilman's tree (builds, boot testing and dt device tree probe testing) in new KernelCI #434

I've created the ticket and added you a subscriber. But It seems Kevin is enabling the tree himself. Please let me know otherwise.

@Kevin Hilman it might be a good a idea if you try to enable your tree yourself. I think this will give you further insights in how the system works and help you (as a KernelCI member) engage other people in the future. Would that work with you? We have [@Usama]
