Update INSTALL, add informations on configure, install and uninstall.

Update README, add install tips.

Reject request,你先看看我在autogen.sh里面写的什么。

@wxjeacen 你说下原因啊，是不是觉得我 configure 了两次？那我建议把 autogen.sh 最后两行删掉，行吗？configure 的参数应该由用户自己来指定，不能硬写入代码里
