configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in build-aux "."/build-aux #96

我运行autogen.sh的时候出现这个错误，请问怎样解决啊？

@skyhacker2 请仔细阅读 INSTALL 文件，看看所需的库文件有没有安装完整？

我google了，也在stack outflow了也解决不了，真心希望仔README写一下编译需 要什么，我们这些普通用户没有你们这样牛B呀。

@skyhacker2 编译需要的库文件写在dev分支的INSTALL文件里面
