Major update of CONTRIBUTING.md

Description

Update document Contributing to Infix to make it easier for newcomers to get started, both bug/feature reporters and contributors to understand what is expected.

Human readable version, for those, who like me, don't always love reading unidiff format: :mag_right: CONTRIBUTING.md :eyes:

The companion document SUPPORT.md has also been updated to better reflect support options available, both free and professional to get access to the Infix core development team.
