Test: Interface Enable/Disable

Write a test case to verify interface enable/disable feature:

• Configure: Disable interface
• Read operational data : admin-status, shows disabled
• Configure: Enable interface + add IPv4 address
• Read operational data : admin-status, shows enabled
• Read operational data: oper-status, shows link up/down
• Ping check
