Task

Update doc/system.md, add relevant NTP client example(s)
Recommend using iburst to allow big initial time skips
Add examples of show ntp from admin exec context as well, so user's know what to expect

Also, update doc/network.md, section on DHCP client:

NTP client must be enabled (no servers needed) for the ntpsrv DHCP option to work, otherwise any NTP servers received from a DHCP server are skipped
