Keep getting kicked with the message of java.lang.NullPointerException #577

Version of Bukkit/Spigot: Paper 1.16.5 (paper-1.16.5-790.jar) Version of OCM: 1.10.0

I keep on getting this bug, when being hit too many times or hit someone too many times i'll get kicked right the way:
