Update bstats to 3.0.0 and change methods to respect API changes

As far as I understand, nothing changed for Bukkit with bStats 3.0.0, it is only for Sponge

Nothing changed for bukkit from 2.x.x to 3 but you are on 1.8 and stuff changed since then hence why I had to make some other changes then just version bump
