Fix sound effect field extraction on 1.19.3 #638

This is a bit of a nightmare as the package version is still 1.19.2, so we need to instead try things out and see from there.

Maybe paperweight-userdev is worth looking into by now… Not sure.

Closes #631.

I will have to test this on both the intended version and previous versions before merging but it looks alright.
