Removing of plugin #697

Version of server: paper 1.20.2 version of plugin : newiest

So, i tried to delete this plugin with deleting jar file and folder that was created with this plugin, however in game there are no changes, still 1.8 pvp etc.. what can i do?

Please fill in the issue template correctly. "Newest" is completely meaningless.
