Downgraded Spigot dependency commit breaks plugin. #717

https://github.com/kernitus/BukkitOldCombatMechanics/commit/8d99b60cac787ca1f4e8f40d088d2b1c1ca31056 has broken the plugin for us and it does not load.

Paper: git-Paper-424 (Git: 37df121) Java: 21.0.2 OS: Windows Database Server 21H2 OS Build 20348.2227

Using the build prior to the above mentioned changes fixes the issue entirely. Plugin.yml issue it seems.
