I put all the source files in the repo so they're hosted by github and can be more easily updated by others (but I suppose there are copyright-related drawbacks to this?).
I also transcoded the audio to HE-AAC m4a, which is natively supported on Macs and has a similar quality/size as the gsm encoded version.
