Add resistors for SPI!! #1

Hello, I couldn't get this library to work, until it hit me: When using 5V Arduino, you NEED!!!! to add resistors for the MISO, MOSI, SCK lines. Otherwise it doesn't work and you risk damaging your chip. Your blog post is flooded with people with this issue. I will go post on your blog too.
