As Karen, I want to be able to fill out an adoption application online. #3

  1. Routing will need to be set up for form - POST req

    • model will need to be set up for info to be sent

  2. Adoption application form needs to have the following sections: Name, address, phone, email, occupation info, references, household info

  3. Email confirmation will need to be set up through SendGrid

    • email will need to be sent out letting customer know that shelter has received application, when they should receive a response, and contact info to check on status
