As Karen, I want to be able to find the adoption page right away so I can start looking at dogs right away #8

  1. One top navigation bar with standard links such as About, Get Involved, Adopt, Events, Resources, Contact, Donate

  2. Adopt tab should be in another color/bold

  3. In the homepage, there should also be a link to the adopt page
