It appears RKK-BA-0058 would also be RC because it is adjacent to 057 and its DA only appears to capture S. Dolfield noted as red above.

I have added a conflict point for this feature as well. It will be removed from consideration. This didn't make it into the conflicts check because it was already on hold. The database has been updated as well.
