CONFLICT FEATURE: SHA_LINE_CTP_MAJOR_2015 CRM RECOMMENDED STATUS: Remove from consideration CONFLICT DESCRIPTION:BA-GRP3-RKK FI site within project boundary of I-695 (MD 41 to MD 147) CTP project. The project includes auxiliary lanes, removal of the cloverleaf ramp, replacement of the bridge, highway drainage and stormwater, and reforestation.

Are we 100% sure this project is happening? Does the CTP pdf show it in design?

Yes - not only does it show online that it is currently under construction (http://apps.roads.maryland.gov/WebProjectLifeCycle/ProjectSchedule.aspx?projectno=BA458513), I have also been over on that side of the Beltway recently and the whole area is a work zone with active construction. This section is a portion of the entire CTP project. I only included sites that were located between MD 41 and MD 147 because that is the only portion currently in design and/or construction. The other two sections appear to be on hold at the moment so I left those sites in.

Ah yes, I do recall seeing construction over there. I think it's the portion to 83 that is no longer happening. I will update the DB when it becomes available.
