CONFLICT FEAUTRE: CTP CRM RECOMMENDED STATUS: Place sites "on hold" CONFLICT DESCRIPTION: PG-GRP2-JMT-FI Sites fall within project boundaries for a current highway and intersection improvement project CONFLICT DESCRIPTION: SHA is moving forward with the design of intersection improvements at MD 3 Crain Highway. This project will include a bicycle lane, additional access, traffic barriers, and drainage improvements.

For now, thes site will be placed "on hold" until this project completes and has been verified. Feasibility of this location can be rechecked in 2018. This issue is now closed.
