dynamically enable/disable ksm #123

ksm should be enabled if the benefits exceed the costs

benefits:

saved memory
a minor performance gain when the number vms is high

costs:

CPU time spent on merging pages
minor performance loss in some cases when the number of VM's is low - to be investigated

reminder: virtualbox ( #93 ) has a similar feature called Page Fusion theis feature should be implemented in a way tho give space for such features (packaging, etc)

this feature now looks like a better fit for 'dreamer' not for planner - so this is probably better in 0.3
