replace mockito utils with kotlin-mockito

• add dependency https://github.com/nhaarman/mockito-kotlin/
• MockitoUtils.kt must go
• rewrite test for mockito-kotlin
  • var -> val
  • remove '''?= null''' mocks

mockito-kotlin does not work well with UUID: https://github.com/nhaarman/mockito-kotlin/issues/17 (at least need a workaround)

this thing does not go as planned, there are quite some problems with that library (while it also improves the situation some other place)

bumping it to 0.2 to give myself time
